The Hedary's, a food truck in Forth Worth, Texas, offers something no other truck can — Hedary family recipes starring Mediterranean cuisine.
The truck is the latest launch for the family which is known for local food eateries and can be found Tuesday through Saturday at the intersection of Rosedale and Main Streets, according to a Fort Worth Texas report.
Truck operator is Antoine Joseph Hedary, whose grandparents opened the first Hedary's restaurant in 1976. Other family restaurants include Byblos and a Hedary's in Las Vegas.
"Most of the recipes come directly from my family," Hedary told the news outlet. "I've changed a few small things here and there to give the food my own flavor. But mostly this is the food people will remember being made by my family." She hopes to launch a brick-and-mortar location in the future.
The menu features everything from pizza and kebabs to grilled lamb and beef gyros.
