Fourth of July event in Casper, Wyoming, to feature food trucks

A Fourth of July food truck event will be held Wednesday at Sunrise Shopping Center in Casper, Wyoming, and will feature entertainment, a car show, an apple pie-eating contest and a hot dog-eating contest, according to the Casper Star Tribune.

Food trucks and vendors will serve 3–9 p.m. Confirmed food trucks include: Lefty's Barbecue; Rockin Burgers 'N Dogs; Ma Der Ma Kin; and Wyo Philly Wagon from Prime Time. Whiskey Business/Western Distributing will sell beer. 

The Casper Windy City Food Truck Festival, organized by Rockin Burgers 'N Dogs and Prime Time Pub and Grill, is held every Wednesday at the shopping center.
