Garrett council leaders working on food truck ordinance

The Garrett Common Council, in Garrett, Indiana is working on a food truck ordinance and taking a page from nearby Auburn.

Under review are proposed fees as well as penalties for violation of regulations. The ordinance will also likely include food and safety inspection rules, according to a Garrett Clipper report.
