George Washington University experiments with food trucks on campus

February 27, 2018

George Washington University's dining service has launched a pilot program to have food trucks serve people at the Virginia Science and Technology Campus and is considering making the program permanent, according to the GW Hatchet. The food trucks visited the campus twice a week in February.

Four trucks have each made one-day visits, including the Poke-Man truck, Good Grubbin', Urban Poutine and Ada's Kitchen on Wheels. The trucks served students, faculty and staff in front of Innovation Hall and Enterprise Hall.
