The Food Truck Friday event, in Perry, Georgia, is back on this year in its traditional style.
The event, which started three years ago, was altered quite a bit in the past year given the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a 41WMGT report.
This year the weekly event will feature new music, a DJ and a bigger operational area for more trucks and more vendors, as well as more space in light of social distancing that some attendees may want.
More than 30 trucks are scheduled to participate, Anya Turpin, Perry's special events manager, told the news outlet. The event is held on the second Friday of each month through September, from 6 p.m to 10 p.m
"It has a lot of different flavors, a lot of different things for people to enjoy," she told the news outlet. "Even if you just come and bring a lawn chair and enjoy the beautiful weather, or stop in one of our downtown shops. It's a great opportunity to get to know your community a little bit better."
