Georgia town seeks to update food truck regulations

December 14, 2018

The city council in LaGrange, Georgia, has held a first reading to amend the city's food truck regulations, according to The LaGrange Daily News.

The proposed ordinance would grant the Downtown LaGrange Development Authority the power to allow food trucks to participate in DLDA events more frequently than is currently allowed. The council also proposed making the Troup County Parks and Recreation Department an approving authority for local parks.

The planning board recommended approval of the change.
