Gravy Train food truck offers much more than gravy

A food truck in Verona, Virginia may be called The Gravy Train but its menu goes way beyond a food sauce.

Owner John Cook launched the truck after years in the Army and construction field, according to a WHSV3 report. He received a culinary degree in 2017.

The menu includes everything from waffles to omelets.

"Sausage gravy is my signature of course," Cook told the news outlet. "The reason I got into this food service thing...it's instant gratification. When you see somebody and they look at your food and they taste your food, you know you can see it in their eyes and their face...that's why I got into it."
