Greek food truck opening restaurant in North Carolina

The Feta Flav food truck in Asheville, North Carolina will be opening its first restaurant: the Feta Flav Greek Taverna at Blue Ride Commons Shopping Center. Owners Alex and Ashleigh Baxevanis had previously set up the food truck at local breweries, according to a report by BlueRidgeNow.

The restaurant will feature old family recipes.

"Some of these recipes are 300 to 400 years old. They're from my mom, grandmother, great grandmother and my great great grandmother. They've been passed through the family for generation," Alex Baxevanis tol BlueRidgeNow.

The owners plan to keep the food truck for special events.
