Gunshots at food truck in Houston leaves 1 dead

Police in Houston, Texas are on the lookout for three suspects who killed a man in an altercation at a food truck in the Gulfton area. Three suspects approached the food truck and asked for $20 from a man standing by the food truck. He said he would get the money but instead retrieved a gun and pointed it at the three men, leading to a shootout, according to a report by ABC 12.

An employee of the unnamed food truck said her mother was cooking inside the truck and hit the floor when she heard the gunshots.

The victim Alejandro Mendoza Garcia was shot during the altercation and died. The three suspects fled the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
