Food truck parks may be coming to Hartford, Connecticut in the near future given a proposed ordinance regarding food truck park operations.
City leaders are mulling rules that would allow development of food truck parks and the ordinance would replace temporary restrictions enacted last year, including a 9 p.m. curfew, according to a Hartford Business Journal report.
"I personally would favor encouraging as much business as possible, I think that food trucks are a great entre in bringing our streets back to life," City Councilor John Gale told the news outlet.
A public hearing on the food truck ordinance will take place on Monday, April 19.
