Hawaii campus home to more food trucks

The University of Hawaii's food truck row will be a bit busier this semester as more food trucks are on the Manoa campus.

Two more trucks will join the Ahi & Vegetable, Raysam Hawaii and Holoholo Bistro trucks already serving students and staff sometime this month, according to a University of Hawaii report.

More food trucks are expected to participate in November.

"After a two-year hiatus, we are excited to bring a number of food trucks to campus, offering a wide variety of selections," Andy Lachman, UH Mānoa food services manager, told the news outlet. "Having these food trucks in a centralized location near the center of campus makes it easy and convenient for everyone."
