Kent and Meg Schoonover started out making pizza in their home and donating them as well as using the pizza to barter for needed items.
Now the Kentucky couple are running a food truck (named Ethel) and selling their GOFOR pizza in Eddyville, according to a Herald Ledger report.
The pizza is made from scratch and hand tossed.
"I like the pizza game," Kent told the news outlet. "When you get in the pizza business, you are in the happiness business."
Ethel is a 30-passenger bus transformed into a food truck that can bake 100 pizzas each day and can be found at Century 21 on U.S. 62 and Fairview Avenue.
