Hoodline lists 5 top most affordable trucks in Nashville

Looking to check out the top five most affordable food trucks in Nashville? Hoodline crunched the numbers using both Yelp data and its own "secret sauce" to produce a list, according to Yahoo News.

Topping the list is Taqueria El Dolar at 3500 Nolensvillle Pike in Glencliff, a Mexican restaurant that had 4.5 stars out of 37 reviews on Yelp. 

Runner up is Banh Mi & Roll Factory at 1008 Fatherland St., winning 4.5 stars out of 18 Yelp reviews. It offers Vietnamese fare including banh mi sandwiches, spring rolls and vermicelli bowls, Vietnamese coffee, tea and more. 

Frisson Soft Serve came in at No. 3, located at 1100 Fatherland St. in East End, offering gelato-based soft-serve and more in East End, grabbing four stars out of 16 Yelp reviews. 

Bread of Heaven BBQ at 3501 Murfreesboro Rd. in Antioch took fourth place with 4.5 stars out of 13 Yelp reviews. 

Blue Monkey Shaved Ice at 2611 Twelfth Ave. South in the Belmont-Hillsboro area took 4.5 stars out of 10 reviews, offering shaved ice made from 100% cane sugar and real fruit with flavors like watermelon basil, coconut lime, fresh pineapple and strawberry lemonade.
