ICX Summit postponed till June 2021

The Interactive Customer Experience Summit has been postponed until June 2, 2021 due to travel restrictions related to COVID-19. The rescheduled event will take place in Columbus, Ohio from June 2 - 4, according to a press release.

In lieu of the ICX Summit, there are several free virtual events this year, including the following:

• ICX Association Elevate Awards Livestream - Sept. 22, Noon Eastern time.
• Fast Casual Executive Summit - Oct. 20-21.
• Self-Service Innovation Summit - Dec. 8-9.
