The Yellowstone Food Village, in Idaho Falls, Idaho is home to six new food trucks.

The trucks will begin serving within the next month, according to an Idaho State Journal report.

"We have had just the La Carreta taco truck for a little while now but will have five more trucks opening (in July) and one more opening the first of August," Bryan Magleby, executive director for the Idaho Innovation Center, told the news outlet.

The food trucks serve up a wide variety of fare, from Hawaiian options to ramen, sushi, BBQ and even specialty drinks. The food village is at the Idaho Innovation Center and opened six years ago.

"Our goal is to make this a one-stop-shop for people wanting all different varieties of food," Magleby told the Journal, adding it's the largest food truck group to be participating.
