Idaho weekly food truck event kicks off this week

The second annual Pocatello Food Truck Round About event kicks off April 5 at the Downtown Pavilion in that southeastern Idaho city.

At least a dozen food trucks will be participating in the weekly Monday night event that runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m, according to an Idaho State Journal report.

"The pandemic last year was definitely the catalyst for this event with everything getting canceled and most of the food trucks around here losing a major source of their income," Kimberly Zenger, owner of the Grandma's Pantry truck, told the news outlet. "We had such a great turnout with this event last year that all of the vendors came together to host it again."
