Illinois food truck may be nation’s 1st infused BBQ fare

Little Nick's Barbecue, a food truck recently launched by The Bubble Hive, a restaurant in Oves Park, Illinois, may be the first-ever BBQ truck selling cannabis infused fare.

The truck combines cannabis with BBQ items such as pulled pork, chicken and brisket, according to a 23WIFR report. It also offers non-infused menu items.

"It's something that sets us aside and we can definitely say in the Rockford region above anyone else in the nation. You're looking in the nation's first infused barbecue trailer. We serve non-infused, infused barbecue. Nowhere else in the county you're gonna be able to find that but right here in the 815,″ Little Nick's Barbecue co-owner Thad Denthriff II told the news outlet.

Little Nick's is planning on expanding nationally.
