Illinois town plans food truck festival

The Oswego East Food Tuck Feast will held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 5 in the parking lot of Oswego East High School, located at 1525 Harvey Road in Oswego, Illinois. The event will feature food tucks, local vendors, live entertainment and a raffle, according to the event's Facebook page. Admission is free.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the OEHS Keyclub.

Food trucks will include: SausageFest; The Happy Lobster Truck; Decadent Flavor; Stix and Noodles; Cream Crunch N More; Giordano's Truck; ALMA Food Truck; Cookies w/Flavor; Salubrious Stop; Culinary Gangster; Habanero Taquito Power; Salvekis; Burritoville; Perk N Pickle; Umbrella Azul; Big Wang's Food Truck; Cynthia's Gumbo Expresss; Cheesie's Truck; Coastline Catering; Kona Ice; Freddie's of the Chain; and I-94 Ribs.
