Indiana food truck is a passion project

One of the newest food trucks in Evansville, Indiana was born from a passion of cooking.

That's what propelled Barbara Franklin to launch her truck, Ms. Pee Wee's Kitchen, this fall and is a dream come true for the Mississippi native, according to a Courier Press report.

"Pretty much every morning, I get up to cook, because that's what I love to do. Don't get me wrong, I love to eat too," Franklin told the news outlet.

She located a truck in 2020 and after building it to her needs she launched on the first day of October.

Her typical menu includes everything from wings, nachos to Polish sausage to hush puppies and also offers soul food, including pickled pigs feet.
