Indiana food truck is all about eating healthy

Myka Gruvitz isn't just about serving up tasty fare on her food truck, Eve's Garden Deli.

The Lawrence resident also wants to help improve the health of her customers' community as well as their own lifestyles, according to a WRTV report.

Gurvitz launched her truck, which offers salads, wraps and sandwiches, in early summer of 2021, and serves communities all around Indianapolis.

"Everything is made with love," Gurvitz told the news outlet.
