Indianapolis is considering a food truck ordinance, due to concerns over violence late at night near the food trucks. No exact details have been released, but many food truck operators are nervous, according to a report by WRTV.

Police Chief Chris Bailey stated that food trucks, "are a constant source of issues, especially after bars close."

A.J. Feeney-Ruiz, owner of food truck Bread Books Bourbon and Bacon, said that he's concerned about these restrictions and that he has never had an issue during late night operations.

"People have always wanted food after bars before food trucks, it was hot dog carts, diners, 24-hour spots," Feeney-Ruiz said in the report. "We provide safe, affordable food when nothing else is open."
