It’s all about breakfast for a South Dakota food truck

An all-day breakfast food truck is opening this month in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The truck, called The Night Owl, will serve up breakfast fare on Kiwanis Avenue, according to a SiouxFalls.Business report. The menu will feature breakfast nachos and tater tots as well as bacon-egg sandwiches done with a twist (think fried and jam).

The mobile food enterprise is owned and operated by Lacey Haagenstad. The food truck had been Chizlickers, a food truck run by Haagenstad's brother-in-law.

"I grew up in a cafe, so I'm going to do a lot of comfort food," Haagenstad told the news outlet.
