It’s all about cheese for Wichita food truck

It may be impossible for any other food truck in Wichita, Kansas to be as cheesy as Cheesepanzee.

After all, the food truck is all about cheese and a fusion of Asian, American, Mexican and Latin flavors, according to a Wichita By EB report.

There are quesadillas, mac and cheese and poutine (Mexican poutine) on the menu just for starters. The Piggy Mac, for example, features roasted pork and homemade BBQ sauce. And of course there's grilled cheese and even loaded fries with, what else, cheese.
