It’s all about 'cheezing' for Kansas food truck operator

David Esquibel is pretty passionate when it comes to talking about his Big Cheez food truck and his goals. It's all about fresh, local and even funky, according to a Texomas report.

The Wichita Falls, Kansas food truck operator said once a customer tries his fare they will never stop "cheezing," according to the news outlet.

His truck serves up carne asada fries, a different twist to the Monte Crisco, and, of course, cheesy grilled sandwiches.

"We say 'cheez' as in 'Cheez-it' because we want you to walk up and smile," Esquibel told the news outlet. "It's that, 'Hey, that's not what I'm used to, it's something different.'"
