It’s all about grandpa's pizza recipe for this food truck operator

Filippa Alfano knows pizza — her grandfather opened his pizzeria in Jacksonville, Illinois back in 1978.

Now 44 years later she's tapping his beloved recipe for her food truck, Leo's Pizza on Wheels.

The family pizzeria is still up and running with one store managed by family members. A year ago Alfano decided to take the well-known pie on the road, according to a report at The State Journal-Register.

Alfano took an old school bus and refurnished it as a food truck. Her logo is: "Rollin' our own. While we're rollin'."
