When the Meatin' Place food truck opens in Gravette, Arkansas, which should be imminent, it'll be the culmination of a longtime dream for its owners Roger and Christina Bush.

Right now the couple is awaiting final inspection so they can open up at 605 First Avenue in a side area next to the Blended Ends hair salon, according to a Westside Eagle Observer report.

The truck will offer a wide menu of smoked meat, from brisket to sausage, as well as southern-style sides (think baked beans and corn on the cob), and be open from noon to 8 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday, and 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Sundays.

The couple are Arkansas natives and both have a foodservice background. Christina holds a culinary arts degree in baking and pastry and Roger has worked in restaurant management roles for over 10 years.
