It’s all about rugelach for Rhode Island food truck

A Rhode Island bakery, Just Like Nana's, is taking its confections on the road with a food trailer strategy.

The trailer, run by Karen Griffin, will serve up her prime pastry, rugelach, that she creates from her grandmother's recipe and will operate from the parking lot of Lorraine Mills in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Opening day is June 16, according to a Providence Journal report.

While her rugelach is renowned in the local community, her trailer will also offer pecan buns, quiches and charcuterie boards.
