It's all about schnitzel for Virginia food truck

Schnitzel lovers in northern Virginia will be happy to hear of a food truck specializing in German fare.

The What The Schnitzel food truck opened in late July at Arts Herndon located at 750 Center Street in Herndon, Virginia, according to a FFXNow report.

Owner Melanie Glover grew up in the food industry in Germany and operates the business with her son Devin.

"Arts Herndon is a great local spot that has lots to offer, and is also a great friend to us and a business partner as well," she told the news outlet. "The main idea is a schnitzel going around the world, so we felt What the Schnitzel was a perfect name to capture that vision and as well as being something people can easily remember."
