It’s all about the cheese for Illinois food truck

Those Illinois residents who love cheese will be happy to hear of the Cheezey's Grilled Cheeses food truck serving up everything cheese in Rockford.

The truck is owned by Dustin DiBenedetto and Josh Wilson, best friends since high school, and both have experience in customer service and management, according to a Rockford Register Star report.

The duo built the 16-foot food mobile which features a 4-food grill that plays a key role in their signature cheese creations.

One item, the Chipotle Philly, is so favored the food truck runs out of it every day.

"We want every order to be like it just came off the grill with piping hot cheese," DiBenedetto told the news outlet. "When you give a good product like that, people will pay attention and appreciate the freshness and understand why it is doing so well."
