It's all about the cheese for Virginia Beach food truck

Virginia Beach residents and visitors now have a cheesy option for a meal as the Cheese it Up food truck is making the rounds.

The truck, operated and owned by Mike McMurphy, offers everything cheese from grilled sandwiches to mac and cheese and even soups, according to a Virginian-Pilot report.

McMurphy is a local native and Army vet who has worked in top culinary roles for big names, including Marriott Corp. He launched the food truck in the summer of 2019 with a quest to "stay true" to the cuisine he loves, according to the report.
