It’s all about the eggroll for this Texas food truck

A new food truck in Longview, Texas is all about the eggroll.

The Twisted Chef, which is slated to launch in early April, will feature gourmet flavor eggrolls, according to a Longview News Journal report.

Owners and operators are Nathan and Nicole Elliot.

"You can have the gourmet flavor like you would have on a full plate, in an eggroll," Nathan Elliott told the news outlet.

Twisted Chef is part of a the couple's company, Twisted Group, that includes an apparel company.
