It’s all about the guac for an Ohio food truck

Chillicothe, Ohio is home to a food truck that is all about guacamole.

The Guac N Roll, a food truck owned by Brent Butler, is a dream realized after Butler moved into the foodservice industry following his years in the Air Force, according to a Chillicothe Gazette report.

"I became interested in the food truck business upon returning to reside in Columbus," he told the news outlet.

The food truck offers specialty tacos, burritos and bowls, as well as quesadillas and a churro bowl dessert menu.
