It’s all about the noodle for Connecticut food truck

One of the newest food trucks in New Haven, Connecticut is doling out ramen fare.

The Ramen Station food truck offers a wide range of ramen bowls at its location on College Street, according to a New Haven Register report.

The food truck is owned by Thawatchai "Bill" Boonyalai and Chattapron "Jane" Tintachart and inspired by Japanese ramen stalls.

"I've noticed that ramen has been becoming trendy so we wanted to open a ramen spot," Tintachart told the news outlet. "Especially, it's winter, we figured many people would want a hot noodle soup."
