It’s food truck time in Anchorage

It's that time of year in Anchorage Alaska: The start of the Spenard Food Truck Carnival.

The event, which runs Thursdays and Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting this week, takes place at 2435 Spenard road, according to an Anchorage Daily News report.

The food trucks range from offering BBQ to rattlesnake sausage to salmon fare.
