Jackson Hole summer event highlights food trucks

Mondays in May, a summer series in Jackson Hole, Wyoming is all about the food truck.

The event, which will be held at Wayne May Park every Monday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., will run through Sept. 5, according to a Jackson Hole News & Guide report, and feature one to two trucks.

The local town council approved the event organized by Matt Donovan.

"Typically a food truck would be requested to be on location at a special event to serve food to spectators; however, in this request, the presence of the food truck is the special event," Town of Jackson Special Events Coordinator Carl Pelletier wrote in a staff report, according to the news outlet.
