Jersey food truck aims to preserve Italian deli tradition

The Venti Italian Specialties food truck, operating in Jersey City, New Jersey, isn't just about providing fans with quality Italian cuisine.

Its owners, brothers Joe and Nick Ciancimino, who launched the truck two years ago, are also striving to keep the Italian-American deli legacy alive and strong, according to a Hoboken Girl report.

The truck offers fresh, homemade specialities (including housemade bruschetta) and even chicken cutlets from scratch.

Venti Italian Specialties Food Truck operates Monday through Friday on Sussex Street at Exchange Place between 11:30 am-3:00 p.m.
