Jersey Shore Food Truck Festival comes to Monmouth Park for Memorial Day weekend

43 food trucks are expected for the Jersey Shore Food Truck Festival in Monmouth Park for the three-day Memorial Weekend, according to the Asbury Park Press.

Organizers are hoping attendance reverses its declining trend from last year.
