Kansas restaurateur takes to the road

A Hutchinson, Kansas restaurant owner, after learning he was losing his physical storefront, has redirected his strategy to running a food truck.

"I didn't want to give up cooking and serving food," Javier Guzman told The Hutchinson News. "I love making people happy."

The food truck is called Los Mariachis Taqueria and is located at 1035 E. 30 Ave. and serves typically from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In the future Guzman hopes to attain a liquor license to serve drinks and beer.

"I love my job," Guzman told the news outlet. "I like the people liking my food and talking for me. I am so happy."
