Kentucky food truck, brewery parting ways

A partnership between the Louisville brewery and the Mayan Café, serving from a food truck, in Louisville, Kentucky, is ending come the new year.

The owners of Mayan Cafe have been serving from the Gravely Brewing's food truck for five years, according to a WLKY report.

"Chef Bruce Ucan and Anne Shadle are legends in the Louisville culinary community, and I am beyond fortunate to have worked alongside them throughout the years," Gravely founder and President Nathaniel Gravely said in a news release. "Watching Mayan Street Food and their entire team captivate taste buds and add such an authentic element into Gravely has been nothing short of sensational."
