Kentucky food truck focuses on the flavors

The Weird Az Hotdogs food truck, in Pikeville, Kentucky, is all about unique toppings and exploring flavors that likely most hot dog lovers have never tried.

One example: the caramel, chocolate and marshmallow hotdog called The Big Marsh and then there's the PB&J hotdog.

Food truck owner Richard Burchett said it's also about sharing new flavors to the Eastern Kentucky population, according to a WKYT report.

"They're kind of inspired by just taste and childhood," Burchett told the news outlet, "you know, we as adults, that's something we kind of shut ourselves off from."
