Kentucky food truck is all about the funnel cake

The owner of a funnel cake food truck in Vinegrove, Kentucky knows her product. The Funnel Cakes food truck is one of the newest in the community.

Jasmine Johnson, a Texas native, loves pancakes and funnel cakes and is enjoying running her truck after three months, according to a WBKR report.

"We got started for the love of pancakes; being a big dessert fan, funnel cakes always bring warm smiles to many people. We have been in business three months now. We're fairly new and looking to continue to grow and reach more people in the surrounding areas of Kentucky," she told the news outlet.
