Kentucky university adds food truck to campus meal options

Western Kentucky University, in Bowling, Kentucky, is expanding campus food options with food truck fare.

One truck rolling through campus is the Groovy Gus Donut Bus, according to a College Heights Herald report.

University officials, as well as food truck operators, are hoping the food truck options will prove successful and plan to incorporate the campus monetary system, Big Red dollars, into the point of sale transactions at some point.
