Knox County Tennessee home to new food truck park

A food truck park is being built in northwest Knox County, Tennessee on Schaad Road.

The park, which is projected to open by early June, will house 10 trucks a day, in a rotatiing fashion, and will also boast movie nights and a live music stage, according to a WATE.com report.

"We want this to be a community hang-out, where everybody can come, they can bring the kids. They can bring the dogs. The community can just get together," Jason Strange, a managing partner in the development, told the news outlet.
