Knoxville, Tennessee, food truck park extends weekday schedule

Central Filling Station, a food truck park in North Knoxville, Tennessee, will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesdays for the rest of the summer, according to WBIR-TV.

The park added the new day to accommodate requests from both food trucks and customers.
