Knoxville, Tennessee food truck park opens

Central Filling Station, Knoxville, Tennessee's first food truck park, opens today at 900 N. Central St., according to the Knoxville News Sentinel.

The park has a covered seating area, picnic tables, a shipping container that will house their bar, and parking for food trucks.

Trucks will serve lunch from Thursday to Saturday each week, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., while other trucks will serve dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The park will also be open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays for brunch and will feature a market day every other Sunday beginning Feb. 11 where vendors will sell their wares.
