The City Market in Lansing, Michigan will test food trucks as part of a plan to change its vision and become a downtown destination, according to Scott Keith, the Lansing Entertainment Public Facilities Authority's president and CEO, reported the Lansing State Journal.
In addition to food trucks, Keith said he will pursue a farmers market one day a week and concerts and special events.
The performance of the facility, which receives an $80,000 yearly city subsidy, has been criticized by some city council members.
