Let'z Taco Bout It food truck opening physical restaurant in Grand Rapids

Let'z Taco Bout It, a food truck, recently opened a physical restaurant in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The restaurant will offer fried shell tacos along with enchiladas, tostadas and menudo soup, according to a report by Wood TV 8.

The food truck has appeared at major festivals in Grand Rapids, and owner Raquel Robelin feels the food truck helped prepare them for opening a physical restaurant.

"I'm just very excited. I'm glad I had the experience already. The four years with the truck, that helps out a great deal than to just jump into a brick-and-mortar," Robelin said in the report. "So, I feel comfortable, I feel confident."
