London chef launches sashimi food truck

Junya Yamasaki, a renowned chef in London, is the owner of a sashimi food truck launched in Los Angeles.

The Yess Aquatic truck's fare is local seafood and it's operating in the Arts District, according to an LA Eater report.

The truck business is a first step toward Yamasaki opening a Japanese eatery/wine bar in the same area, according to the report. He's currently building the location which will feature an open kitchen.
