Long Island Egyptian food truck nears first anniversary

Long Island, New York foodies loving Egyptian fare are enjoying a food truck that will soon celebrate its one-year anniversary.

The truck, Aubergine, is based in Plainview, according to a Newsday report.

The menu offers authentic cuisine including grilled sujuk, Alexandrian liver as well as babaganoush and food is created from family recipes.
