Long Island food truck celebrating Thanksgiving with cold treat specialty

The Frozen Sin food truck, on Long Island, New York is celebrating the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with a special menu item that pays homage to the truck owner's heritage.

Erica Belk, who is part native American, and her wife and business partner, Stephanie, have put two ice cream sandwiches made with Native American ingredients including cornmeal wafers on the menu, according to a Newsday report.
